THE 1/4 COW beef yields 100-125 pounds of beef - vacuum sealed by individual cuts and bulk grind to your specifications. By helping us "balance" or fully utilize the animal to fulfill or sustainability mission and goals - you can purchase the 1/4 cow packaged in individual cuts, ready for the freezer for $28 per pound. Limited supply quarterly.
Typically the yield consist of 20-25% Steaks, 25-35% Roasts, Stew Meat & Short Ribs, and 40-50% Ground Beef.
